Withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during standard operating conditions. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unmet requirements result in automatic expiry of the bonus funds.

6.2 Obvious Errors. If an incorrect price, line, or settlement is displayed due to a technical or human error, dk168 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to re-settle affected markets at the correct price or void the bets entirely.
6.3 Results & Settlement. All sporting event results and game outcomes are settled in accordance with dk168's internal rules for each market type. In the event of a dispute, dk168's records of bet placement and settlement are the authoritative source.
6.4 Game Fairness. All casino and slot games on dk168 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Results are genuinely random and not influenced by previous outcomes.
6.5 Disconnection & Technical Issues. 11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits dk168's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by dk168's negligence.
11.5 dk168 is not liable for losses arising from Force Majeure events. In the event of a Force Majeure, dk168 will use reasonable endeavors to notify affected Users and to restore normal service as promptly as practicable.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your dk168 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not yet converted) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by dk168. dk168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false registration information; (c) suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (e) at dk168's reasonable discretion for risk management purposes.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, dk168 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where fraud or AML concerns are substantiated, funds may be forfeited and referred to the relevant authorities. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations arising prior to the termination date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk168 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
